My goal is for you to be completely happy with your purchase. Because my products are carefully made and packaged, I accept returns for defective or damaged products and exchanges for printed products only.

Commissioned Work

Commissioned artwork is not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Because commissioned pieces are created specifically for each client, all commissioned work is considered final sale once the commission has been approved and completed.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for printed products only. If you’d like to exchange a printed product, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition and suitable for resale.

Exchanges are not available for commissioned artwork.
